We’re 100% committed to your satisfaction. Every item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure the best quality. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered — don’t worry — we’ve got you covered with free returns and exchanges.


Return & Refund Policy

If you'd like to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order (based on the delivery date in the tracking record, if applicable).

We now offer free return shipping labels for eligible returns. Here's how it works:

  1. Email us with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label via email.

  3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.

  4. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed.

 If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will fully cover return shipping.
 Even if there's nothing wrong with the item, you're still welcome to return it — and we'll still provide a free return label.


Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 7 business days after your return is received for the refund to be processed.

  • For purchases made with a Gift Card, the refund will be reloaded to the original card.

  • For eGift Card purchases, we’ll email you a new eGift for the refund amount.

  • Unfortunately, expedited shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


Exchanges

Want to exchange your item for a different size or style? No problem!

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • We'll send you a free return label.

  • Once your return is received, we’ll ship the replacement item to you at no cost.

You can also choose to:

  • Receive a store coupon for your next order

  • Get a full refund

  • Exchange the item, even if it’s just because you changed your mind
